Express thanks, recognition or gratitude contributes directly to everyone's well-being, as much for the one who expresses it as for the one who receives it.
We can be grateful for many things or people. For example for having had an experience that leads us to walk towards ourselves, for a person we met on our way, and that invites us to grow. We can have gratitude for someone who has helped or supported We can be grateful for many things or people. For example for having had an experience that leads us to walk towards ourselves, for a person we met on our way, and that invites us to grow. We can have gratitude for someone who has helped or supported us. Even for things that we consider the most "trying" we can have gratitude, because these elevate us, insofar as we deposit there fully our consciousness, and having a look, not as something difficult, but on the contrary, as a teaching that life offers us and invites us to integrate.
We can also have gratitude for simple things, like thanking when we get up in the morning, for the the sun that’s there, for the food that we are lucky to have every day, while others in some countries cannot eat enough, or to be grateful for all those who contributed to what we have something on our plate.
For example, even for a bowl of rice, we can thank the people who planted it, those who harvested it, those who packed it, those who transported it, those who made the machines, those who cooked this rice, thank the sun, the water, the Earth that made it grow. In the end, these are hundreds of people who are thanked in this bowl of rice.
It's the same for a book you have in your hands: thank its author who shares a piece of his life, which teaches you, thanks the printer, the publishing house that made the choice to publish this work, and all those involved in the materialization of the book so that it reaches your hands. Whatever whether it be a "small" or "big" gratitude, the important thing is to have this gratitude for Life, and what it offers.
And especially when we cross a test, it’s in these moments that we can try to have still more gratitude, because it is in these very moments that gratitude allows transform many situations.
Rather than being in negativity, and complain about what we don't have, we can be grateful on what we already have, even if it’s not much.
In addition, having gratitude every day for certain things for which one is grateful has a measurable effect on health. Thanks and gratitude also have important benefits on sleep, stress, self-esteem, quality of interpersonal relationships, general well-being and even on certain illnesses and depressions. This is even proven by many scientific researchers, spiritualists, therapists, who even have the conviction that writing or verbalizing our gratitudes could be one of the interventions of psychotherapy, thought or positive intention most effective in this era of change. People who have the impetus to be grateful do it more and more often and generally, they get a taste for it because it makes them happy and more serene.
In the end, once again, let's have some gratitude for Life, quite simply.
